Responsibilities

  • - Work closely with department leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
  • - Follow all safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times while on board
  • - Support colleagues across a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard team
  • - Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative duties
  • - Participate in onboard training, drills, and certification refreshers as required

Requirements

  • - Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate (or willingness to obtain before joining)
  • - Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
  • - Prior hospitality, cruise, or relevant land-based experience preferred
  • - Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a comparable luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
