Responsibilities

1. - Work closely with department leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
2. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
3. - Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative duties
4. - Participate in onboard training, drills, and certification refreshers as required
5. - Assist with turnaround-day operations during embarkation and disembarkation

Requirements

1. - Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate (or willingness to obtain before joining)
2. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
3. - Prior hospitality, cruise, or relevant land-based experience preferred
4. - Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a comparable luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
