Responsibilities

  1. - Deliver consistently excellent service in line with brand standards and guest expectations
  2. - Follow all safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times while on board
  3. - Support colleagues across a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard team
  4. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
  5. - Participate in onboard training, drills, and certification refreshers as required

Requirements

  1. - Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
  2. - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (ENG1 or equivalent)
  3. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  4. - Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a comparable luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
