Responsibilities

1. - Work closely with department leadership to maintain smooth daily operations
2. - Support colleagues across a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard team
3. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
4. - Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative duties
5. - Assist with turnaround-day operations during embarkation and disembarkation

Requirements

1. - Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining validity
2. - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (ENG1 or equivalent)
3. - Strong spoken English; additional languages an advantage
4. - Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a comparable luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
