Responsibilities

• - Deliver consistently excellent service in line with brand standards and guest expectations
• - Follow all safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times while on board
• - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
• - Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative duties
• - Participate in onboard training, drills, and certification refreshers as required

Requirements

• - Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate (or willingness to obtain before joining)
• - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (ENG1 or equivalent)
• - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• - Positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role on board a cruise ship or in a comparable luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
